MIXED MARTIAL ARTS CLASS Discover the essence of what they teach. This class is divided into 2 parts. The first half concentrates on stand up techniques, while the second half emphasizes ground techniques. This class is most suited to those wanting to learn how to properly defend themselves in a life and death situation while burning fat at the same time. MUAY THAI KICKBOXING CLASS Punching, Kicking, Elbows & Knees are incorporated in this stand up only class. This class incorporates hitting mitts, shields, bags, cross fighting and sparring (optional). (Wednesday 7:00PM - 8:30PM)
SUBMISSION WRESTLING CLASS Learn the best takedowns, submissions, positioning and striking on the ground in this strictly only grappling class. (Monday 7:00PM - 8:30PM)

LADIES ONLY KICKBOXING/CONDITIONING CLASS Women interested in learning self-defense will burn fat, have fun and get a good workout, during this energetic class. In this class you will learn the same techniques and do the same drills as our other classes yet in a ladies only environment. (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00PM - 7:00PM, & Saturday 12:00 p.m.))

CHILDRENS & TEENS MIXED MARTIAL ARTS CLASS (Children 5-10 Years Old, Teens 11-15 Years Old) Prepare your child for life. Our 'lil' soldiers learn the best stand up and ground techniques just like our adults. Your child will not only learn self-defence but attributes that will help them in their every day life (respect, courtesy, discipline, manners and confidence).
